Today I wake up lately because I think I have some insomnia

I don’t know why and how to get over it

But it just happened so it could be some problem

And if I didn’t do anything for this insomnia maybe it could be serious problem

So I’m considering about how to get over this insomnia

And almost people around me said to me you have to go to bed more early than now

That will help you if you have some insomnia because if I have insomnia

I couldn’t get asleep immediately so I need some time to get asleep

I agree with their opinion and I’m trying but there are many time that I can’t go to bed early

This is weird kind of odd

I never experienced this kind of things before

Most experts says over nap is really really really not good for sleep

Because it’s not kind of nap instead of yesterday night sleeping time

It’s kind of nap instead of tomorrow night sleeping time

So if I take a nap well, It could make some insomnia just like this.

So it also could be the problem that I made

I want to get over this insomnia but it’s not easy for me to get over it

Whenever I got my home lately, I could feel tomorrow condition from that time.

So what’s the deal? I think to do my best every day and don’t make useless time

Is best solution of my insomnia I was really thought like that

At the first time I thought I don’t have enough time to do something.

But as time goes by I’m not sure why it happen again and again to me

Am I changed? Or not? Even I’m changed a little bit it doesn’t matter because

I can get over it with my strong decision.

So all I have to do is again.

Do my best every day and everything that I can do that I love that I have to do.

And I’m going to make the things that I have to do to that I love to do

It will be best way to get passion at thing that I have to do.

It’s no wonder that I’m going to make it with my strong mind

So it doesn’t matter how it is difficult and how it is harsh than your thinking.
